Justin Taylor is the author of the novel Reboot, the memoir Riding with the Ghost, the novel The Gospel of Anarchy, and two collections of short fiction: Everything Here Is the Best Thing Ever and Flings. His work has appeared in The New Yorker, Harper’s, Forever, N+1, Bookforum, The Sewanee Review, and Best American Short Stories. He teaches at Columbia University. His next book, Garcia & Dylan, a biography of the legendary musicians’ friendship and mutual influence, is currently in progress and will be published by St. Martin’s Press. The cat’s name is Emma.
